On Sunday mornings, a lot of people like to sleep in, make each other breakfast, go for a walk with the dog(s), sip coffee, and read the newspaper (although I guess most people do that on their smart phones now). On one such Sunday morning, however, Kyle woke up at 6 AM because he just couldn't stay asleep any longer; he was just too excited. After taking Jen's dog, Nala, for a walk and watching the minutes tick by to 7 o'clock, Kyle couldn't stand it any longer! Enough was enough! . . .

Jen and Nick's wedding way was so beautiful, elegant, and an all around classic wedding, but more importantly it was all for two people who have some of the kindest, most loving souls! Both Jen and Nick share a common love for golfing, and Nick even proposed to Jen on the golf course! It only made sense that they would get married outside on the green and overlooking the course at Great Oaks Country Club! . . .

It was held at Crystal Gardens Banquet Center, in Howell, MI with the ceremony taking place in the outdoor chapel and the reception in the ballroom. Jess + Pat | Fun and Adventurous Engagement at the Nichols Arboretum, Ann Arbor, MI

Since Jess and Pat live in separate locations (sometimes a whole country or continent apart!), they don't see each other everyday like most of my engaged couples and they take advantage of any opportunity to see each other! Both Jess and Pat are in the Air Force, and sometimes have to go to great lengths to spend time together, like the time when Pat proposed.

Jess and Pat found out that they would both be able to get some time off if they were running in the Air Force Marathon . . . so they decided to enter into the marathon just so they could have a few days together!!! . . .
