One of the coolest parts about being a wedding photographer is getting to know and love the couples I photograph and stay in touch with them long after their wedding. Getting to shoot maternity sessions for my past CCP Brides as well as CCP Couples who have taken advantage of my anniversary portrait sessions is a really special part of my job, and I am always so excited and honored when they choose me to capture a new chapter in their love story; parenthood! . . .

I was just starting out with my first camera and some of these people who entered into the contest had been photographing couples in dreamy, wanderlust type locations for years . . . How could my images possible stand aside their's and compete in a contest? I was afraid to be judged, like most of us are, and so I decided not to enter. . .
