The Best of 2016: Engagements
I am in the heart of booking season right now, and last week alone I welcomed three new couples to the Courtney Carolyn Photography Family for the 2017 wedding season!! AH! The best part is that two of those couples were referred to me from past brides, which just makes me feel so humble and all mushy at the same time. I seriously can't express my gratitude enough to all my sweet couples for all their kind words, and I just want to give you all one giant group hug!
As I sit here, in what is supposed to be the "down season" (there really is no such thing), I can't believe we are already only 3 months away from the start of wedding season 2017 here in Michigan! May really isn't that far away, guys! I know it's a cliche to say, but time really has flown by this past year for me. Between running my small business full-time to moving into a new townhouse to attending Scott's JV football games to support his coaching passion to photographing 17 engagement sessions and 19 weddings, it's safe to say I've been hustling!
Before I officially close the 2016 chapter of my business, however, I wanted to share two blog posts on the "Best of 2016"! First up, is Part 1: The Best of Engagements and next week will be Part 2: The Best of Weddings (see it here)!
I had the honor and the privilege to work with some pretty awesome couples in 2016, and I wanted to be sure to share some of my all-time favorites from their engagement sessions. These images make me fall in love all over again with my job, and were narrowed down from 626 overall favorites from 2016! But I wanted to share only the best of the best on this post today!
I hope you enjoy some of my favorite images from the engagement session of couples married in 2016! Want to see Part 2: The Best of Weddings, click over here!
Love,
Courtney
