& Belle Isle Engagement Session
Alex & Joe's love story began, as most do in the digital age, with a couple of right swipes on Tinder and they fell in love while trying out new restaurants together, binge watching Netflix, and by being open and honest with each other even when it was tough to do so!
Throughout their whole engagement session in Downtown Detroit, Alex kept stealing smoldering glances at her handsome husband-to-be and I could tell Joe felt like the luckiest guy in the city to have her by his side! I loved Alex's gorgeous berry toned dress and how well it paired with Joe's suit in front of the Detroit Institute of Arts.
It's so much fun when my couples are a bit adventurous and when they include personalized ideas into their engagement photos! Alex and Joe decided to celebrate such a big milestone by popping some champagne and Alex had the most genuinely shocked & funny reaction! As the sun began to set we headed over to Belle Isle for some romantic shots in front of the skyline. While there, Alex and Joe's precious little puppy Wendy joined us and I think she was living her best life cuddled up in her mom and dad's arms!
