Elegant and Rustic Winter Wedding Inspiration

I love an elegant, romantic wedding, don’t you? Today, I'm sharing some inspiration for brides planning an elegant and rustic winter wedding! I feel like some brides steer clear of rustic weddings all together because it can seem like it's as all burlap instead of black tie, but that's simply not the case at all!

In this case, I when I think rustic, I think natural. If you want to pull off a rustic styled wedding with a level of elegance be sure to choose elements of wood and greenery and keep the rest of your palette neutral! I've found that when brides choose a few pieces that are rustic and make the rest of the decor more simple and neutral, this results in a more timeless look verses a trendy, over-the-top theme.

I adore the bride’s attire in this shoot! A blush, lace ballgown by Lee-Ann Belter Couture Bridal sets the tone for this romantic wedding day beautifully. I love the satin skirt and sweetheart neckline! A faux-fur wrap is the perfect addition for this winter wedding, and the succulent and orchid flower hairpiece is a beautiful compliment to the look! I adore the floral designs by the Department of Floristry seen throughout the shoot! The bridal bouquet is so stunning! I love how full the arrangement is, and the way the gold and neutral-colored flowers seem to pop yet the bouquet remains soft. And the cake and wedding stationery is just as lovely! The textured white cake – one adorned with succulents and evergreen stems – by Frost This continues the elegant and rustic feeling into the reception setting along with the hand-painted wedding invites and menu by Jordana Designs & Fine Art.

If you’re looking for some lovely inspiration for your outdoor winter wedding, this is it! I hope you enjoy some of my favorites!
