One of the things I love about all the couples I work with is the fact that they all tend to be genuinely happy people with a bit of a romantic streak and who know how to have fun on their wedding day! Of all my CCP couples this year, I think Jackie and Kyle’s wedding took the cake ( . . . or the Chipotle!) on joyful and fun!!
Jackie and Kyle were officially married last year in a small ceremony and this was their big postponed celebration where family & friends from all across the country and Canada could finally come together to celebrate these two very special people! The day started out with Jackie and her bridesmaids getting ready, but first they had to have some Chipotle! The series of photos with all these ladies & the beautiful bride in their blush robes having their burrito bowls and salads just might be my new favorite thing! After the laughter subsided and everyone was fueled for the day’s events, they helped Jackie step into her elegant wedding dress which had delicate lace sleeves and a lace bodice.
Jackie and Kyle shared a private first look together before we all headed out onto the grounds of the Oak Pointe Country Club for romantic photos, and photos of the wedding party! Jackie and Kyle’s wedding party really was such a fun group of people to work with and I feel like it really comes across in the photos! I love that I know how to create these types of candid photos for my couples and make such joyful, authentic memories a reality for them!
The ceremony took place overlooking the small lake with the warm sun shining all throughout the service. We moved inside for the reception and the rest of the evening consisted of hilarious toasts, lots of dancing, and some sunset photos with the bride & groom that included popping a bottle of champagne!
